The Team

The Cochrane Sanctuary Project is supported and driven by Cochrane Wolves FC, also known as Cochrane Minor Soccer Association. The Wolves rebranded in early 2022 and has been a non-for-profit organization providing soccer to the Town of Cochrane since 1986. With a highly qualified staff and coach roster, the Wolves are the perfect driving force to bring a domed facility to the Town.

Our Vision is to develop first class facilities in Cochrane that we can all be proud of, and leave a lifelong legacy for future generations to enjoy sport and recreation. We are proud to partner with Canopy Lands who have a proposed ARP Redevelopment Plan for the Rolling Hills area of Cochrane. There is an 18-acre parcel of land which can provide an amazing home for our sport and provide opportunities for all sports and recreation.

Next Steps

• The Cochrane Wolves, and Cochrane Sanctuary Project will support the Canopy Lands presentation to Town Council on October 24, 2023.
• After receiving approval from the Town Council we will work with Canopy Lands, Town Administration and Council on planning the site.
• At this time we will recruit a fundraising team that will include professionals and volunteers
