The Location

After 3 years of engaging with the Town of Cochrane and various Land Developers we are currently working with two (2) entities outside of Cochrane who will remain unnamed at this time.

Entity 1 

The location for this facility is 15 minutes from Cochrane. The Land is privately owned and there is an active Lease Agreement in place with a soccer organization. 

Entity 2 

The location is 5 minutes from Cochrane and the land is also privately owned. More details to follow soon.

Possible Cochrane Site

We have discussed various sites within Cochrane with the Town, Town Council and the Parks & Recreation Committee. At this time the Town are conducting a Needs Assessment where it will determine a Plan of Action 2026 or later. This Plan would not include an Indoor Dome.

Possible Development Sites:

Rolling Hills

In 2004, the areas of Tower Trails and Rolling Range Estates were annexed by The Town of Cochrane for future urban growth. There is an 18-acre parcel of land zoned for recreational use, owned by the Town of Cochrane, but there are no plans for this Land.

Horse Creek Sports Park

At this time there are no firm plans for soccer facilities at Horse Creek Park, and no plan for an Indoor Domed Facility.
